You might notice that your tracking has not been updated in weeks. Due to the current climate, parcels are taking up to 2 – 3 months to arrive. If your parcel is missing, you will be contacted and a replacement will be sent promptly. 

*Please be advised that due to COVID-19, the parcels may take longer to arrive. Shipping to United States could takes up to 2 – 3 weeks, and shipping to Canada, New Zeland and European countries may take up to 1.5 – 2 months. Shipping to Asian countries would take about 1 – 2 weeks or more.

Your order will be processed, packed, and shipped within 3 – 7 business days upon purchase. You will receive an e-mail notification along with the tracking number after your order has been shipped.

Depending on your location and your chosen shipping method, you can expect to receive your package(s) between 7 – 90 business days (this is updated according to the shipping estimates given by couriers during the pandemic.)

Yes. All products are priced in AUD. If you are purchasing from another currency, it will be converted to AUD via Paypal or your bank/credit card company with their conversion rates. 

All items purchased are final sale and non-returnable and exchangeable unless it has arrived damaged. Please take a photo of the product and send it to orienstarot@gmail.com.

I’m based in Australia, but my manufacturers and shipping company is based in China. All orders except for Australian orders are shipped from Shen Zhen China and all prints, shirts, and phone covers are shipped from various locations via Printful. All Australian orders will be fulfilled by myself in Australia.
